"Heald Place was extremely accommodating, the staff were very welcoming. The location was great, easy to find. The room the course was delivered in was a good size and the refreshments were lovely and constantly stocked up. Very organised, staff were very friendly, clear signs up to direct delegates. As they were toilets in the room and all IT equipment set up, refreshments in room could be cut off/isolated from the rest of the school to ensure privacy of the course."
